2025.06.18 Petition to Vacate (two) - Mahender Makhijani

Petition to vacate arbitrator partial closing award. Petitioners Mahender Makhijani; Continuum Analytics, Inc. ("Continuum"); MOM AS Investor Team LLC; MOM BS Trader Team LLC; Mother CA Trader Team LLC; MOM AS Manager LLC; MOM BS Manager LLC; and MOM CA Supervisor LLC (collectively, "Petitioners") ask for an order difficulty to vacate teh Partial Obtain Award in its entirety since the Arbitrator (1) failed to supply suitable disclosures; (2) exceeded the scope of his powers; (three) refused to allow discovery into the Honarkar Get-togethers' financial documents (Regardless of Petitioners' claim of financial mismanagement); and (four) exercised juridiction over Makhijani, that is not a party to any here arbitration agreement that might provide him below this Arbitrator's jurisdiction.
